Who we share your data with?
Browsing data is stripped of any personally identifiable records and used only to monitor our website traffic (country of origin, referring link, platform type, etc) and tune our website to help deliver pages in the most readable format. It is stored by Google; we do not store any of this data on our systems at any point.
Client data
Defined as data pertaining to an individual or a representative of a business who has contracted our services.
What we store:
Client data contains information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses and locations. This data is stored for as long as it is required and only used for the purposes of maintaining contact, tracking workloads and invoicing. Information required for invoicing and sales is stored in a UK based data centre, client contact details are also stored in Google’s Calendar. All data contained on DKG Pest Control LTD infrastructure is held on encrypted drives. Unless required by law, client data is not exposed to any other third parties.
What rights you have over your data
A client can request a copy of the personal data we hold about them and can request that we erase any personally identifiable data. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for legal purposes.

Terms & Conditions
1. THE CUSTOMER
THE CUSTOMER means the customer as specified on the Contract Agreement / Treatment Report.
2. Payments
THE CUSTOMER will make payments to DKG Pest Control LTD no later than 30 days of the invoice date, all payments will be due on commencement.
3. DKG Pest Control obligations - Pest Control Service
a) The pest control service will be carried out in a professional manner at regular intervals as specified in the service agreement. The technician will use and apply pesticides and monitoring devices, as they deem appropriate on each visit. Any infestation covered by the agreement and discovered during a visit will be treated immediately if safe to do so.
b) The technician will report to the site contact on each visit and will leave a written report on the findings, treatments and recommendations made during the inspection.
c) Additional visits/treatments to control the pests specified on the service agreement will be carried out free of charge within the guarantee period on the provision THE CUSTOMER has adhered to all previous recommendations in accordance with site visit reports. Failure to comply will result in additional charges to THE CUSTOMER for any additional site visits or materials required to resolve any pest infestation issues.
d) All equipment supplied onsite as part of the contract will remain the property of DKG Pest Control LTD unless purchased by the client. Any damages will result in a charge being levied to THE CUSTOMER.
4. THE CUSTOMERS obligations - Pest Control Service
a) To minimize pest infestations by ensuring that the previous recommendations made by the pest control technician are adhered to. Failure to comply will result in additional charges to THE CUSTOMER for any additional site visits or materials required to resolve any pest infestation issues.
b) Ensure all areas are always kept clean and tidy. Food to be stored in suitable containers and no food debris on floor or surfaces.
c) Ensuring all windows and doors are closed where required, fitting of fly proof screens where applicable in accordance with the Food Safety Act. DKG Pest Control LTD can provide this service if required at cost to THE CUSTOMER.
d) To provide full access for DKG Pest Control LTD representatives to carry out its services during the normal working hours of 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday, unless by prior written agreement.
e) Report any signs of definite pest activity to DKG Pest Control LTD immediately. If the pest activity is not covered by the contract, you should still contact DKG Pest Control LTD to inform them of the issue, where a survey can subsequently be carried out and a cost can be provided to resolve the issue if additional services are required.
f) Removal and disposal of dead rodent carcasses or insects etc are the responsibility of THE CUSTOMER. DKG Pest Control LTD may agree to remove carcasses via a call-out charge on provision that accessibility is suitable, this cost will be payable by THE CUSTOMER.
g) THE CUSTOMER is responsible of ensuring no persons/animals enter the treated areas where liquid insecticides/fumigants have been applied. Isolation times will be advised on the related treatment reports or treatment agreements.
h) All equipment supplied onsite as part of the contract will remain the property of DKG Pest Control LTD until the termination of contract if purchased by THE CUSTOMER. Any damages will result in a charge being levied to THE CUSTOMER.
i) To make prompt payment to ensure no delays in site servicing.
j) If contract payments are overdue site servicing will stop until the overdue balance has been paid in full, any missed visits due to late payments will still be charged.
5. DKG Pest Control LTD obligations - Fly Control Units
a) Sale of fly control units includes delivery to the customer’s site.
b) Installation is not included with the sale of the fly control unit and THE CUSTOMER will be made aware of this at the point of sale. If installation is required an additional cost will be incurred, payable by THE CUSTOMER. Fly control units will require a plug socket to be available on arrival in the appropriate fitting area.
c) A maintenance contracts can cover annual replacement of the ultraviolet tubes and starters. THE CUSTOMER will receive between (4) to (12) visits per year to inspect, clean and test the unit(s). See contract agreement.
6. The CUSTOMERS obligations - Fly Control Units
When a maintenance contract exists, THE CUSTOMER must take reasonable care of the unit(s) installed in their premises: Damage over and above the normal wear and tear will result in a charge being levied and the manufacturer’s warranties being invalidated if the affected Fly Control Unit has been supplied by DKG Pest Control LTD.
7. TREATMENT
For avoidance of unnecessary callouts please note:
In the case of Wasps, Flies, Fleas, Bedbugs, Garden Ants and other crawling insects, insecticides applied will have immediate effect in reducing insect activity. However, this is dependent upon the insects present at the time of treatment. A presence of insects a few hours or days after treatment is normal and should not cause alarm.
In the case of treatment against rodents such as Rats, Mice or Squirrels, a few days will elapse after application of bait and/or traps before the treatment will become effective. We do not remove carcasses from premises unless easily accessible and/or previously agreed.
DKG Pest Control LTD does not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods, or equipment unless the loss, damage or injury was caused by negligence of DKG Pest Control LTD. Notice of loss, damage or injury must be notified in writing by THE CUSTOMER to DKG Pest Control LTD head office within seven (7) days of occurrence. Failure of notification will result in DKG Pest Control LTD not being liable for any loss, damage, or injury.
9. TERMINATION
This contract may be terminated by DKG Pest Control LTD forthwith if THE CUSTOMER is in breach of any of his/her obligations under this contract; or (being a Company) goes into liquidation; or if THE CUSTOMER shall commit an Act of Bankruptcy; or have any receiving order made against him/her; or shall make any arrangement with his/her creditors or any assignment for the benefit of such creditors; or if distress or execution shall be levied or threatened upon any of THE CUSTOMERS property or any judgement against THE CUSTOMER shall remain unsatisfied for more than fourteen(14) days. THE CUSTOMER may only assign the burden of this contract with the written consent of DKG Pest Control LTD.
The service agreement is binding for one year from date of commencement unless another contract term is agreed. This is an annual rolling contract which unless terminated at the end of the first year, with three (3) months written notice as a requirement of termination to the contract. Failure to supply written notice within three (3) months in advance will result in full payment of the remaining annual contract to be settled immediately.
10. DRAIN VALVE INSTALLATION
Drain valves may be require in some rodent treatments to proof drain ingress points, these require regular inspection and maintenance, or they can become blocked. DKG Pest Control LTD recommends any drain valves installed are visually inspected by THE CUSTOMER at least once a month and removed, cleaned, and re-installed at least once a year. DKG Pest Control LTD can provide drain valve maintenance plans at extra cost to THE CUSTOMER if this is not something THE CUSTOMER is willing to do. Failing to check a drain valve could result in damage to or flooding of the drains, DKG Pest Control LTD does not accept any liability for damage cause by blocked drain valves.
11. THE CONDITIONS
The conditions 1 to 10 above, together with the entire agreement between DKG Pest Control LTD and THE CUSTOMER are contractual, any other alleged terms being expressly excluded.
Change in Terms & Conditions may be applied by DKG Pest Control LTD at any time with a three (3) month notification being issued to THE CUSTOMER in writing.
By accepting to use DKG Pest Control LTD to carry out any works you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
