Rodent Treatment (Rats - Mice - Squirrels)
Up to 3 visits for external infestations from £200 +vat
Up to 3 visits for internal infestations from £250 +vat
If extra visits are required they will be invoiced separately on completion from £60 +vat each.
Disinfecting or Odourcide treatment after a rodent infestation from £100 +vat
Annual Contracts available starting at £480+vat for up to 12 visits a year.
Mole Catching from £100 +vat

Insects
Wasp Nest Treatments from £80 +vat.
Extra Nests £40 +vat during the same visit.
Internal wasp nest removal from £150 plus vat.
Hornet Nest Treatments from £100 +vat.
Extra Nests £40 +vat during the same visit.
Bee Swarm Collection / Control from £120 +vat
Flea Treatments from £120 +vat for a 1 bed flat (3 bed house estimated at £200+vat)
Ant Treatments from £100 +vat
Fly control from £150 +vat

Standard Call out Charge £60+vat

Any failed visit due to no fault of our own, i.e if you are not home when we arrive. You will be charged a standard call out.

Drain Valve Installation & CCTV Testing
100mm Drain Valve Supplied and installed from £154.17 +vat (as part of a rodent treatment only)
150mm Drain Valve Supplied and installed from £229.17 +vat (as part of a rodent treatment only)
CCTV Drain Surveying from £400+vat can be arranged without a rodent treatment.
